This video clip is a demonstration that was given to the local community on our final day of the 10 day intensive. It was an opportunity for all of us to give something from the completion of a cycle of work together. All of the participants came from different parts of the world, from groups in Russia, Australia, Mexico, Spain, and USA. We all gathered together to work on movements, inner exercises, meditations, and practical work.
